Warranty
If the product has a defect in material or workmanship, don’t worry! We will gladly repair or replace it, at our discretion, with one of equal or greater value under our 2-year guarantee. This warranty does not cover abuse, alteration, theft, loss, or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use of your powercosmo product.
This warranty covers only the original/primary owner and does not cover abuse, alteration, theft, loss, or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use of your product. This warranty does not cover sheaths, accessories, imprinting, or color finishes.
1. Any problems happened during 15 days after sold, you can get a new replace one from the local distributors or dealers.
2. We provide 24 months( 2 years) warranty for free after sold out, over 24 months, only collect the cost of main parts for replacement.
Unwarrantable
* Damage, destruction, disassembly, reconstruct and unauthorized modify on purpose.
* Destruction caused improper use.
* Damage for batteries leakage.
